We are seeking an Operations Intern to join our team at Flomad, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing operational workflows that drive AI and robotics projects forward. As an Operations Intern, you will assist with process documentation, resource management, and project coordination, working closely with team leads and department heads. You’ll also support communication channels, ensuring seamless collaboration and project execution.

Additionally, you will engage in continuous research and evaluation of emerging AI tools to enhance productivity, staying abreast of the latest technological advancements. This proactive approach ensures our team remains at the forefront of innovation, integrating cutting-edge solutions into our workflows. Key Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis: Document, analyze, and improve current operational workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for team collaboration and project updates.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion, or Monday.com) is a plus.

  • Fully Remote & Flexible Schedule: This internship is entirely remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. You can choose to work full-time (up to 40 hours per week) or part-time (a minimum of 8-10 hours per week) based on your availability.
