Hospitality and Tourism Intern

Overview
We are seeking Hospitality and Tourism Management Interns to join our team. As a Hospitality and Tourism management intern, you will assist in promoting our ecosystem of AI-integrated hardware solutions to the travel industry and both consumer and enterprise markets. You will also support the development and launch of our Conversational AI Travel Planner and robotic solutions for the tourism and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and target audience preferences in the travel industry.

Sales Support: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies targeting travel sector enterprises and consumers.

Digital Marketing: Implement digital marketing strategies, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation to promote our AI solutions.

Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our AI travel planner and robotic solutions meet market needs and consumer expectations.

Customer Engagement: Support customer engagement initiatives, including organizing and promoting online events, webinars, and product demonstrations.

Sales Materials: Develop and maintain sales and marketing materials, such as presentations, and case studies.

Data Analysis: Analyze marketing and sales data to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Client Support: Assist in managing relationships with travel industry clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing necessary support.

Qualifications and Skills
Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not required.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of the travel and hospitality industry and its trends.

Marketing Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Sales Skills: Interest in sales strategies and customer engagement.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to innovative projects.
